Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming - WOW - what a ride!!

I have worked in real estate or related industries since 1991. My background includes residential real estate, multifamily, retail, and commercial property management, real estate and mortgage broker marketing, and related service companies in those areas.
