Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming - WOW - what a ride!!

My boss has a pumpkin farm connection - so on Friday we sort of played hookie and went out to the field and just loaded up as many as we wanted. I had a pumpkin carving party to go to on Sunday, so it was great to be able to get such huge pumpkins - and for free!
