No way! We had a 1978 Chevy Luv with a V6 Fireball engine that we no longer needed since we didn't have an old house we had to maintain anymore. I still have my MINI. I was considering down-sizing into a smart fortwo but have since reconsidered and am going to keep driving my MINI! After all, the current engine only has 15,000 miles on it (the rest of the car just over 81,000) and it seems a shame to give up all the good engine life!

I'm your neighbor, by the way :-) I have a Dakota townhome as well.
I think you're better off with the MINI over the fortwo anyways...
